Scheduling Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Operations Coordinator to join our team at Hays Social Care. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the work of our trade teams, ensuring that jobs are completed efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee diaries and schedules to ensure optimal use of resources
- Manage operative workloads to ensure completion of all jobs by the end of each working day
- Utilize available resources to optimize output and ensure jobs are raised with the correct schedule of rates codes
- Engage with customers to minimize disruption and maintain excellent customer service
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to arrange delivery of materials and equipment
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in scheduling and coordination
