Stapleton's Telesales Executive Hybrid Opportunity

The Customer Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with a group of customers. They must hit set targets, handle numerous calls, and provide excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for communicating with other departments effectively and keeping up to date with current training.

The role will operate on a 40-hour per week basis, with a hybrid schedule of working from home (Monday and Friday) and based onsite at our Middlesbrough sales offices (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). One in four Saturdays will be worked as part of a rota pattern.

The basic salary plus performance-related bonuses for this role could be between £25,000 to £32,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and make effective outgoing calls
  • Generate and increase sales among the customer base
  • Daily contact with key accounts to build relationships
  • Achieve set monthly targets
  • Account Management – Develop existing customer base
  • Credit Control duties
  • Undertake and maintain training as required
  • Manage Customers social media requirements
