Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Caregiver Support Specialists. In this role, you will provide person-centered support to older adults in their daily lives. You will work collaboratively with service users to empower them to maintain their mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our service users. You will be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave and company-paid enhanced DBS.
