Qualiteach Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning Support Specialist to join our team at a mainstream secondary school in Brent.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to work in a supportive role, helping students with SEN to achieve their full potential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to students with SEN, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with teachers, parents, and carers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Participate in staff training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in supporting students with diverse needs.
Requirements:
- Significant experience of working with students with SEN in a mainstream secondary school setting.
- Excellent understanding of SEN policies and procedures.
- An Enhanced DBS is essential.
What We Offer:
