Student Achievement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Student Achievement Specialist to join our team in a Secondary School setting in Hammersmith & Fulham.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly in a Secondary school environment.

  • Support students with SEN, helping them engage with the curriculum and achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver individualised learning strategies, ensuring all students receive the support they need.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive school team committed to student success.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
Location: Hammersmith & Fulham

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role within a school setting.

  • A good understanding of SEN, particularly in a Secondary school environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
