Caregiver for Adults with Complex Needs

Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team on a part-time basis (37.5 hours per week). As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Accompanying residents on outings and activities in the community
- Helping residents to access healthcare and other services
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £25,500-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive and inclusive work environment, and a competitive salary.
