Job Title: Employment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employment Specialist to join our team in Ealing. As an Employment Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding individuals towards sustainable employment and providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify participants' needs and create personalized action plans.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Provide coaching on career development, job searching, and interview techniques.
  • Maintain accurate participant records and ensure timely delivery of services.
