Executive Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee the culinary operations of our high-volume banqueting kitchen and franchise restaurant.

About the Role
  • Culinary Leadership: Oversee the culinary operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and company policies.
  • Team Development: Lead and develop the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Menu Innovation: Spearhead menu development and innovation for the franchise restaurant.
  • Financial Management: Manage kitchen finances, including improving Food GP and controlling costs.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen, including compliance with health and safety regulations and other legal requirements.
Requirements
  • Branded Hotel Experience: Extensive experience in branded hotel kitchens.
  • Banqueting Expertise: Proven experience in leading a high-volume banqueting kitchen.
  • Leadership Focus: Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Franchise Experience: Experience and desire to spearhead a franchise restaurant, specifically Marco Pierre White Steakhouse and Grill.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen with the ability and tenacity to improve Food GP.
What We Offer
