Role Overview:

Arcadis is seeking experienced professionals to support a leading European Utility Company on their Nuclear New Build Programme. The successful candidate will assist the Owner team in a rigorous Tender Evaluation, negotiation, and award process, followed by the delivery of a large new build mega project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, commissioning, and safety, with experience in the Energy sector, preferably in Nuclear. They will possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, as well as knowledge of Nuclear Power Plant Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Owner team in Tender Evaluation, negotiation, and award process
  • Support the delivery of a large new build mega project
  • Manage contractors, people, and lead construction/commissioning/safety teams

Requirements:

  • University Degree in a relevant discipline/subject and/or proven relevant experience in the field
  • ~10 years experience within the Energy sector, ideally Nuclear
  • ~5 years practical experience of construction projects on site, and/or commissioning/safety
  • ~1 reference projects within the Energy or Nuclear field
  • English language native and/or C1 (written & spoken)
