Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Care Home Team Lead to join our team at Oaklea's Adult Care Home in Kendal, Cumbria. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services to adults with learning disabilities.
About You:
- Qualification in Leadership and Management (Level 5 or above)
- Experience in Learning Disability services
- Strong leadership and management skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £28,574 - £30,066.40 per annum pro rata + benefits
- Holiday entitlement: 33 days per year (including bank holidays)
