Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Store Leader to join our team at Claire's. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the store.

About the Role

  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class customer experience by understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store runs smoothly by managing inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team by recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring staff to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Commercial Acumen: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive commercial growth and profitability.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to analyze sales reports are necessary.
  • A sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills are also required.
  • The ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally is necessary.
  • Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers is also required.
  • The ability to operate a POS system is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
