Role Description
As a Support Services Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services at Ann House, a specialist provision in Kendal, Cumbria. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the activities of the support team, ensuring that each service user receives personalized care and support.

Main Duties
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the support team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services

Requirements
- Relevant experience in social care, with a focus on management and coordination
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Commitment to person-centered care and promoting independence

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is approximately £27,000 per annum (pro rata), plus benefits including subsidized meals, free parking, and a pension contribution. You will also receive career development opportunities, wellbeing support, and life assurance.
