Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Support Associate to join our team at Lesedi Nuclear Services Pty. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Construction Manager, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring procedural compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Coordination: Execute administrative tasks efficiently, ensure procedural compliance, and manage site office clerical requirements with precision and professionalism.
  2. Documentation and Reporting: Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes, compile comprehensive contractual and HR reports, and maintain meticulous employee documentation.
  3. Event and Visitor Management: Seamlessly coordinate site visitor arrangements, plan travel and accommodations, and organize company events to support smooth organizational operations.
  4. Financial Administration: Handle petty cash transactions, compile employee allowances, and resolve payment queries with attention to detail and financial accuracy.
  5. Operational Support: Manage IT requirements, oversee site housekeeping, and maintain effective interdepartmental relationships to ensure operational effectiveness.
  6. Compliance and Governance: Rigorously ensure legal and SHEQ standards compliance, process employee-related documentation, and consistently support organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of at least two (2) years of increasingly responsible administrative-related experience within an EPCM environment or closely related field.
  2. Grade 12 or equivalent SAQA approved qualification.
  3. SAQA accredited Certificate/Diploma in an administrative field is advantageous.
  4. Proven proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat is essential.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to R280,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
