We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Trade Counter Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at the Eurocell Group PLC. Job Description:
This is a hands-on role that requires a commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins while ensuring our customers always leave satisfied. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers.
- Confidently communicating product knowledge to customers, meeting sales targets.
- Picking, loading, and delivering products to customers via Eurocell's 3.5-tonne flatbed trucks and LWB vans.
- Supporting the Branch Manager with actions and activities on time, in full, and maintaining branch standards.
Requirements:
- A passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
- A hands-on customer-focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers.
- A commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins, ensuring our customers always walk away happy.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and use your own initiative.
- A full and valid driving license is essential, with a FLT license being a distinct advantage.
- Previous branch stock take experience could be a distinct advantage.
