Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Kendal, Cumbria. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a Supported Living project, ensuring the safe delivery of services to adults with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer goals, outcomes, and aspirations
  • Promote the rights of each customer
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Leadership and Management (Level 5 or above)
  • Experience in Learning Disability services
  • Strong leadership and management skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £28,574 - £30,066.40 per annum pro rata + benefits
  • Holiday entitlement: 33 days per year (including bank holidays)
