New Homes Delivery Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced New Homes Delivery Specialist to join our team in Kendal or Maryport. This is a fantastic opportunity to support us in delivering new-homes schemes of mixed tenure across the North-West region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering new-homes schemes of mixed tenure across the North-West region on time and to budget. They will work across both development and delivery stages, managing projects from start to finish and developing their skills to Senior Manager as they grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver new-homes schemes of mixed tenure across the North-West region on time and to budget.
  • Work across both development and delivery stages, managing projects from start to finish and developing their skills to Senior Manager as they grow with us.
  • Manage project stages, from identifying sites and project appraisals to securing planning permission, completion of legals, site handovers to the end of the Defects Liability period.
  • Ensure careful management of budgets and expenditure, keeping projects on track and meeting performance targets while delivering real value.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering new-homes schemes of mixed tenure across the North-West region on time and to budget.
  • Experience in the commercial aspects of housing development, including planning, contractor procurement, contractor management through to sales.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of working with contractors to deliver design-driven, compliant, and efficient schemes.
  • Good knowledge and experience in the planning system and laws to implement compliant and approved schemes.
Benefits:
  • Permanent, Full Time position with 37 hours per week.
  • Salary £35,000-£45,000 per annum (negotiable on experience).
