Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Bespoke Stairlifts Limited.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a proven track record of increasing sales and revenue, as well as the ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPI's.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be organised with the ability to structure and prioritise workload, and possess a professional, highly motivated, and target-driven attitude.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission.
About the Role
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products via the successful completion of our onboarding training programme and utilise this knowledge to successfully sell to new and existing customers.
- Manage and develop assigned territory to maximise and grow revenue and profits by selling solutions for independent living to existing customers and acquire new business.
- Develop understanding of market influences and competitor brands to optimise the USP's of our products and services.
- Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet/exceed established sales targets.
- Optimise a long-term business development plan by working closely with sales management to maximise selling opportunities.
- Enjoy regular contact with existing customer base to better understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet those needs.
