Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Acosta Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving brand performance, awareness, and availability across convenience retailers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail decision-makers. You will also have a strong understanding of sales data analysis and be able to identify opportunities to drive in-store actions.
About the Role:
- Drive Nestlé Confectionery brand performance, awareness, and availability across convenience retailers
- Maximise new product opportunities using sales data to drive in-store actions
- Build relationships with key retail decision-makers (retailers and business owners)
- Identify and implement in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Provide insightful and actionable market intelligence feedback
