About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Area Sales Manager to join our team at Cavendish Maine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the Northern territory and driving sales growth in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £34,000 - £38,000, plus car, bonus, and benefits. You will also have the opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the screw driving tools industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
