Senior Identity Management Specialist

Flutter UK & Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Lead Digital Engineer to join our Infrastructure & InfoSec Tribe. As the Team Leader of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of user identities and access rights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate a team of engineers who provide IAM services using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
- Establish a collaborative and inclusive work culture, where employees are encouraged to share insights and work together.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement robust identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner, Mover and Leaver, and access request workflows.
- Define and implement access control policies and reviews, ensuring compliance with both internal and external audits.
- Deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ and its functionality, including application onboarding, Joiner, Mover and Leaver process, scheduled recertification of applications, correlation, aggregation, and orphan management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on SailPoint IIQ implementation and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our identity platform and projects.
