About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Residential Senior Carer to join our team in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of dedicated Care Assistants.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training opportunities. You will also be part of a supportive team environment that values respect, dignity, and individualised care for each resident.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to Care Assistants
  • Supporting the clinical team in medication management, assessments, and care plans
  • Ensuring the delivery of person-centred care and support to residents

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • A warm and compassionate approach to care
