About the Role:

Signet Recruitment and Retention is seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Service Retention & Customer Programmes Section, you will be responsible for the daily management of Honda customer retention programmes across Automobile, Motorcycle, and Power Products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a suite of retention products, including Service Plans, Extended Guarantees, Honda Accident Assistance, Honda Insurance, and our Bodyshop Programme.
  • Maximise performance of the programmes through the HME-UK field teams.
  • Ensure engagement and participation of the programmes across the retailer networks.
  • Set retention product retailer targets and track performance against targets.
  • Develop and implement countermeasures to deliver set targets and drive improved performance.
  • Create and deliver monthly retention product performance reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve targets and enhance performance.
  • Ensure marketing assets for the retention product range are relevant to support promotion and sales performance.
  • Design and deliver workshops to develop retention product experts within our field teams.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (38/50 hours per week).
  • Private healthcare and car scheme for friends and family.
  • Flexible working hours, including a 1pm finish on Fridays.
