Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, annually reviewed, plus a discretionary annual performance-related bonus.

Job Description
This is a senior-level role responsible for managing risk and portfolio governance within our Cash Services department.

You will work closely with colleagues in other areas of Risk Management, Finance, Compliance/Control, and the Businesses to ensure appropriate management of Operational Risk processes.

Key responsibilities include establishing central payments/movement of funds risk and portfolio governance, defining minimum control standards, monitoring payments risk/reduction, and facilitating accurate and appropriate reporting of operational risks to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Extensive experience in Movement of Funds/Payments Operational Risk.
  • Knowledge of other risk disciplines (market risk, credit risk) a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop new ideas to mitigate risk and improve current processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
