Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Trafford Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will provide first-class customer service to everyone we speak to, making their journey as easy as possible. You will handle financial transactions, adhere to appropriate systems and processes, and constantly review data to develop and improve our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service over inbound, outbound, and online communication
  • Record customer interactions by documenting feedback and consulting with management
  • Handle financial transactions and adhere to appropriate systems and processes
  • Constantly review data to develop and improve our customer experience
