About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with the Collections Manager to develop and implement collections strategies that drive business results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing collections strategies to optimize customer engagement and reduce delinquencies
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights that inform collections strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement collections strategies and drive business results
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer arrears and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
