Head of Operations

Join The Bamford Collection, a group of consciously minded lifestyle brands, as we seek a highly skilled and motivated Head of Operations to drive growth and success of our holistic wellness destination, The Club.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional operational standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the General Manager in driving business growth and profitability
  • Leading a team of operations managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Managing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Responsibilities

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of The Club, including staff management, customer service, and facilities management
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Managing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a hospitality or wellness environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
