About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Central Reservations team at Barons Eden - Head Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing reservations, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter online and third-party bookings accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform regular checks on existing reservations to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the guest experience.
  • Achieve daily performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, trackers, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong teamwork ethic.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively, maintaining high standards in the role.
  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining professionalism and confidence.
