About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Service Liaison Officer to join our team at the Fire Service College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our training delegates, supporting instructional staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our training venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting instructional staff to deliver high-quality training to our delegates
- Providing excellent customer service to our delegates, ensuring their needs are met
- Coordinating venue hire and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conducting risk assessments and ensuring safe practices are followed
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our training venue
