Job Summary

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Children's Residential Management professional to join our team at Progressive Care UK Limited. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our children's home in Sheffield, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers a competitive salary of up to £43,908.80 per annum (based on 40 hours/week). You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with external agencies to ensure effective service delivery

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work, Childcare, or related field
  • Proven experience in children's residential care management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
