Progressive Care UK Limited is a renowned organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care services for children. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Residential Childrens Home team in Doncaster.
About the Role: As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals who provide 24/7 care and support to vulnerable children. Your primary objective will be to ensure the highest standards of care are met, while promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of residential carers to deliver high-quality care and support to children.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans in conjunction with other multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary up to £29,720 - £37,852.80 per annum (£13.25 - £17.89 per hour), depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including comprehensive training, opportunities for career progression, and a supportive work environment.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised qualification in social work or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a care setting.
