We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Education and Care professional to join our team as a Nido Early School Educator.

This is a rewarding career opportunity, offering a salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, and flexible shift arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.

About the Role:

  • Developing and maintaining a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that promotes the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children aged 0-6 years old.
  • Providing high-quality childcare services, designing, implementing, and assessing educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Working collaboratively with other educators and support staff to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Maintaining open and effective communication with parents and carers about children's progress and well-being.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance expertise and knowledge in early childhood education and care.

Requirements:

What You Need:
  • A Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards) and relevant experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and a commitment to delivering high-quality education and care.
  • A willingness to engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care.
