We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Child Development Associate to join our team at Simonside Primary School. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide support to students and contribute to the overall success of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to meet individual student needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve teaching practices
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
