Salary

The hourly rate for this position is £13.00 per hour, commensurate with industry standards for similar roles in the UK.

Job Description

Activities and Support

As a Female Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging our child in various activities such as visiting trampoline parks, centers like Tim Lamb Centre, Riverside Park, and walking around shopping areas with breaks for ice cream.

Communication and Interactions

Our child communicates using PECS, a Now and Next board, and gestures. It is essential to provide her with space and time to develop her independence.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have permission to work in the UK and undergo DBS checks and references.

This position requires a genuine occupational requirement for the holder to be male or female, as stated in the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Equality Act 2010 schedule 9 paragraphs 1–4.
