What to Expect as a Relief Nursery Practitioner

  1. Evaluate and address individual child needs, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL requirements
  2. Take ownership of observation, assessment, and planning for key children in line with EYFS standards, providing developmentally challenging next steps
  3. Encourage and praise children's development and achievements
  4. Have FUN
