Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to manage our school Library and reading intervention program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional progress for our students, demonstrating a commitment to our school's ethos of high expectations, and making a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the school Library and reading intervention program
  • Develop and implement literacy programs to support student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers to integrate literacy into the curriculum
  • Provide support and guidance to students in reading and literacy skills
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of literacy programs and instructional strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
  • Commitment to our school's ethos of high expectations
