About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Support Specialist to join our team at TK Elevator UK Ltd. As a Field Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support for our lift and escalator products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the commissioning phase of our new EOX lift and expert-level support for maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Be the interface with the engineering team for our own brand and assist in the development of ITS technical publications.
  • Offer technical support to field technicians via telephone, video, or site visit, as well as prepare and perform training on lifts when requested.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and technological developments through necessary training.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a field support engineer.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, telephone, and written.
  • Language skills, especially in French or Italian.
  • Positive attitude, capable of working under pressure as part of a team.
  • Confident in using your own initiative and proactive thinking outside of the box.
  • An investigative mindset that approaches issues from all angles.
