About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Peabody. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing an effective sales operation, maximising sales and progressing them through to completion, whilst delivering high standards of service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors, arranging and undertaking viewings, ensuring that sales offices and show homes are properly equipped, and that promotional material is available and up to date.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the site prospective purchaser database and regularly contacting prospective purchasers to ascertain their level of interest.
  • Liaising with Agents, Site, Development Delivery, and third parties including Contractors, Solicitors, and Mortgage Advisors to ensure all information is provided correctly to achieve sales & revenue targets.
  • Providing an effective sales operation, maximising sales and progressing them through to completion, whilst delivering high standards of service at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience in working within a new build sales environment, preferably with experience of shared ownership.
  • Knowledgeable of the property market and sales processes and legislation.
  • Experienced in achieving and exceeding annual sales targets including reservation, exchange, and revenue targets.
