Britannia Hotels is seeking a skilled Conference and Banqueting Manager to join our team at the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool.
Located in the heart of Liverpool city centre, just a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Lime St Station, this magnificent Edwardian-style hotel is a grand and historic landmark. With 402 bedrooms and 14 versatile conference suites, accommodating up to 850 delegates, this large hotel is a popular choice for a variety of events, including wedding receptions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop in-depth knowledge of the hotel's conference and banqueting facilities, including layouts, capacities, and menus.
- Set up and assist clients with audio-visual equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, meeting and greeting event organisers and serving as their primary point of contact.
- Lead, supervise, support, and train the team to deliver a professional service to clients.
- Ensure the highest level of presentation of event rooms.
The ideal candidate will have experience in conference and banqueting, with a strong background in supervision or management. They will be confident in their ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team to deliver high-quality events.
