Children's Occupational Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to lead our Children's Occupational Therapy Service in West Essex. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a high-quality service that meets the needs of children and young people with a range of conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Children's Occupational Therapy service in West Essex, ensuring a high standard of child-centered service delivery.
- Supervise and support a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Therapy Assistants to deliver high-quality services.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and improved health outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
