Children's Occupational Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist Team Lead to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a key member of our Community Children's Therapy Team in West Essex, you will be responsible for leading our service provision in the region, working closely with our team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Therapy Assistants.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Children's Occupational Therapy service in West Essex, ensuring a high standard of child-centered service delivery is achieved in line with best practice and commissioning intentions.
- Supervise and support a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Therapy Assistants to deliver high-quality services to children and families in the community.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines that support the delivery of high-quality services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
