Children's Occupational Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our Children's Occupational Therapy Service in West Essex. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality services to children and young people with a range of conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Children's Occupational Therapy Service in West Essex, ensuring a high standard of child-centered service delivery.
- Supervise and support a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Therapy Assistants.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the service meets the needs of the local community.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
