We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist Team Lead to join our Community Health team in West Essex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Children's Occupational Therapy service, providing expert guidance and support to our team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Therapy Assistants.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Children's Occupational Therapy service in West Essex, ensuring a high standard of child-centered service delivery is achieved in line with best practice and commissioning intentions.
- Supervise and support a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Therapy Assistants, providing guidance and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, patient outcomes, and team performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including commissioners, to ensure the service meets the needs of the local community.
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Therapy Assistants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
