Children's Occupational Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist Team Lead to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a key member of our Community Children's Therapy Team, you will be responsible for leading our service provision in West Essex, covering Uttlesford, Harlow, and Epping Forest.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Children's Occupational Therapy service in West Essex, ensuring a high standard of child-centered service delivery is achieved in line with best practice and commissioning intentions.
- Supervise and support a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Therapy Assistants to deliver high-quality services to children and families.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including health and social care professionals, to ensure effective service delivery and coordination.
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a passion for improving the outcomes of children and young people within the local community.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
