Residential Care Assistant

The successful candidate will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to maintain the home's facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and minor repairs.
- Assist with more complex maintenance tasks, such as plumbing and carpentry, under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager.
- Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards to the Maintenance Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the Maintenance Manager.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance maintenance skills and knowledge.
