Asset Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Support Professional to join our team at Cinnamon Care's stunning 50-bedded residential and dementia care home in Lyndhurst.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist the Maintenance Manager in maintaining all areas within the home, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Key responsibilities include supporting the Maintenance Manager, responding to maintenance requests, and maintaining allocated machinery.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to the Maintenance Manager in day-to-day maintenance tasks, including fault-finding and repair work.
2. Conduct regular checks on equipment and report any issues to the Maintenance Manager.
3. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas requiring improvement and implement preventative maintenance tasks.
4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and tasks completed.

Requirements:

• Able to work flexibly, including occasional weekend shifts.
• Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in a care home setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation:

£12.60 per hour plus comprehensive benefits package.
