We are seeking nurturing and supportive individuals to join our team of Homecare Mobile in Oban. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high levels of care to vulnerable people in their own homes.
About the RoleAs a Care Support Worker, you will work closely with a colleague as part of a team to provide care and support to individuals who do not have access to regular care. You will support people to get home safe and well from hospital, ensure they have the support they need to prevent re-admission, and provide short-term care-at-home.
