Job Title: Care Assistant

This is a part-time position at West Dunbartonshire Council, where you will provide personal care and support to residents as directed by senior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, fresh, and homely environment for residents, providing person-centered care through a range of duties, including personal care and meaningful activities.

• Support residents throughout the night to maintain their independence, assist, and support them as required.

• Engage and listen to residents' preferences in how they would like to be cared for.

Requirements:

This post is considered Regulated Work with Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act, and membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details of this scheme can be found.
