Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to business customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored support.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer support and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer queries simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
