We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Support Exec to join our team at Premier Inn. As a key member of our Business Support Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our business customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to business customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of business solutions and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to improve processes and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
