About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Territory Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing strategic partnerships across our territory.



Key Responsibilities





  • Deliver outstanding activation programs that drive sales growth and customer engagement;

  • Leverage data insights to inform business decisions and optimize commercial strategies;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders;

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and achieve targets;

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.



About You



To succeed in this role, you will need:





  • A proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably within the FMCG industry;

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data insights;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels;

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
